Ears360 Return Policy
At EarWave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have a simple and easy return policy in place.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your EarWave product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We replace items only if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
